Rutledge Girls Club

Purpose

The Rutledge Girls Club is a non-profit 501c3 organization that since our founding in 1972, has been focused on teaching area girls the game of softball, how to be a good teammate, leader, mentor as well as supporting the local community all while having fun.

We offer an U6 In house Spring developmental team who practice once a week and focus on learning the basics of the game as an introduction to softball for our younger players. For our older players, we have teams that compete in the DelVal Youth Softball League in the U8, U10, U12, and U15 age divisions. Players are placed on teams based on their age as of January 1st of that specific year.

Members of the Wolfpack celebrate 50 years of the club at the annual Borough of Rutledge July 4th Parade.

What else we offer

In addition to our on the field activities, the Club is engaged in supporting the community as we participate in a number of events including the annual Souper Bowl of Caring.

We have launched the Leader of the Pack Scholarship Award that our college bound players and assistant coaches can apply for to help offset the cost of their continued education.
